Flexi-Seal Positive Pressure Coat is a 2 part water based epoxy
sealer, used to protect substrates such as masonry walls and concrete
floors from dampness and water seepage through external ingress.
It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, and
compatible with
Flexi-Seal 2 Part Liquid Membrane

Resistant to oil, petrol, common soils, staining and detergent
cleaners once cured
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use
Not recommended for:
- Contact with aggressive solvents, strong acid or alkali
Use over untreated steel
- Use over areas where there is continuos water seepage within
72 hours of application
- Use where the ambient concrete slab temperature is below 10
degrees celcius
- Sealing cracks in concrete floors. Use Flexi-Seal 2 Part Liquid
Membrane with reinforcing tape for this purpose.
